We deduce the so called main equation together with its fine structure for the spectral problem. Then, according to the boundary conditions and the position of argument, we describe two cases: degenerate and non-degenerate. For these two cases, the uniqueness of inverse spectral problem is studied and a constructive procedure for reconstructing the potentials along with necessary and sufficient conditions of the inverse problem solvability are obtained. © 2024 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Walter de Gruyter GmbH</dc:publisher><dc:date>2024</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/11058</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1515/jiip-2023-0085</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0928-0219</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Journal of Inverse and Ill-Posed Problems</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/11058</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
