We obtain the eigenvalues and determinants for the matrices and some important identities for the k -Mersenne and k -Mersenne–Lucas numbers. Furthermore, we find norms and bounds estimation for the spectral norm for these r -circulant matrices. © 2023, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Pleiades Publishing</dc:publisher><dc:date>2023</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/11757</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1134/s0001434623090225</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0001-4346</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Mathematical Notes</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/11757</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
