The PID gains in the controlled system are optimally determined by using GWO algorithm, considering the cost function, integral of time-weighted absolute error (ITAE). The efficiency of the designed control system is verified under constant and variable loads, and the comparative results are given for controlled and uncontrolled cases. Moreover, the GWO algorithm is investigated by using linear and nonlinear convergence coefficients comparatively. The model of the control system is constructed using MATLAB, and the results indicate that the transient and steady state responses are superior to those of the linear coefficients when the nonlinear convergence coefficients are applied in GWO. © 2023 IEEE.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.</dc:publisher><dc:date>2023</dc:date><dc:type>Conference Object</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/12166</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1109/gpecom58364.2023.10175823</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>979-835030198-4</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>2832-7667</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Proceedings - 2023 IEEE 5th Global Power, Energy and Communication Conference, GPECOM 2023</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/conferenceObject</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/12166</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
