The alignment procedures during and after data taking are explained. Alignment scenarios are also derived for use in the simulation of the detector response. Systematic effects, related to intrinsic symmetries of the alignment task or to external constraints, are discussed and illustrated for different scenarios. © 2022 The Author(s)</dc:description><dc:publisher>Elsevier B.V.</dc:publisher><dc:date>2022</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/12584</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1016/j.nima.2022.166795</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0168-9002</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, Section A: Accelerators, Spectrometers, Detectors and Associated Equipment</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/12584</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
