Samples were annealed at 400 °C for 2 h. The morphological, structural and optical properties of the investigated ZnO arrays were characterized using X-Ray diffraction (XRD) spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Ultraviolet–Visible Spectroscopy (UV/vis). The wurtzite and hydrophobic ZnO films showed rod arrays morphology. The optical band gaps were obtained between 3.8 and 3.85 eV. The ZnO arrays exhibited a low degradation efficiency because of the increase in Eg value. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Elsevier B.V.</dc:publisher><dc:date>2020</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/13640</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1016/j.surfin.2019.100418</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>2468-0230</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Surfaces and Interfaces</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/13640</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
