Analysis of group interactions highlights that teacher interventions impacted students’ reasoning, structuring, and mathematizing processes. These processes corresponded to the stages of the modelling cycle, including interpreting, structuring, working mathematically, and validating ideas. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Springer Science and Business Media B.V.</dc:publisher><dc:date>2020</dc:date><dc:type>Book Chapter</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/13907</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-030-37673-4_17</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>2211-4920</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>International Perspectives on the Teaching and Learning of Mathematical Modelling</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/bookPart</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/13907</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
