The damage for a given dose is larger for lower dose rate exposures. The results agree with previous measurements of dose rate effects, but are stronger due to the very low dose rates probed. We show that the scaling with dose rate is consistent with that expected from diffusion effects. © CERN 2016 for the benefit of the CMS collaboration..</dc:description><dc:publisher>Institute of Physics</dc:publisher><dc:date>2016</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/14557</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1088/1748-0221/11/10/t10004</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>1748-0221</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Journal of Instrumentation</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/14557</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
