Brucella infections are usually presented with various clinical manifestations, and often accompanied by multiple organ involvements. In this article, we present a case of brucellosis with suppurative parotitis involvement accompanied by parotid abscess and fistula in a 60-year-old male patient. According to the literature review we conducted regarding complications of brucellosis, our case is the first case reported in the literature. Significant improvement in patient's suppurative parotitis and clinical findings was observed at the fifth week of combination antibiotic therapy. Patient's complaints resolved completely after eight weeks of treatment.</dc:description><dc:date>2016</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/14708</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.5606/kbbihtisas.2016.92332</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>2147-6756</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>Kulak burun bogaz ihtisas dergisi : KBB = Journal of ear, nose, and throat</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/14708</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
