The measurements were done using the EDXRF system, where special attention was given to minimizing the errors in various corrections such as self absorption and detector efficiency. All the lines were excited using a 100 mCi 241Am annular radioactive source. The energy shifts and Lα/Lβ1 and Lα/Lγ intensity ratio values of X-rays were examined for chemical effect. The measured Lα/Lβ1 and Lα/Lγ intensity ratios were compared with the experimental and theoretical data in literature. © 2016 Elsevier B.V.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Elsevier Inc.</dc:publisher><dc:date>2017</dc:date><dc:type>Review Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/14897</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1016/j.microc.2016.07.025</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0026-265X</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Microchemical Journal</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/review</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/14897</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
