Gypsophila afghanica (Caryophyllaceae), a new species from AfghanistanKandemir, AliGhazanfar, Shahina A.TaxonomyCaryophyllaceaeGypsophilaSummary: A new species, Gypsophila afghanica is described and illustrated. It resembles G. saponarioides but has pubescent and glandular leaves, foliaceous linear bracts and shorter calyx and pedicel.
