In this context, schools as learning organizations and teachers who participate in this process play a significant role. It is aimed in this study to detect the views of teachers of social studies and teachers of primary schools, and to compare insufficiencies in different branches about organizational learning impediments. Teachers working in the primary schools in Aziziye, Palandöken and Yakutiye were randomly selected and were given a questionnaire of 40 items prepared Organizational Learning Impediments scale.
