The most common symptoms are penile induration, swelling and palpable nodular lesions on penis. These patients have a poor prognosis receiving various treatment modalities. The appearance of disseminations is still controversial and there is not an efficacious therapy. Herein, we present a patient who admitted with the chief complaints of hematuria. After clinical, radiological and pathological evaluations, the patient was diagnosed as a very rare cause of hematuria; penile metastasis of prostate cancer. In literature, this is the first case of prostate cancer metastasis to penis which is presented with hematuria. In follow-up period of him, although he was treated with chemotherapy, he died 10 months after the diagnosis.</dc:description><dc:date>2013</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/15792</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0393-3660</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Gazzetta Medica Italiana Archivio per le Scienze Mediche</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/15792</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
