L X-rays fluorescence spectra were measured using a Si(Li) detector coupled to a computerized multi-channel analyser in a π/2 experimental geometry set-up. Experimental cross-sections have been compared with the theoretical values of L X-rays cross-sections and fairly good agreement is observed between the experimental and theoretical values. © 2003 Elsevier Ltd.
