The determination of molecular scattering differential cross sections was based on the independent atomic model (IAM). The method relied on accurately known values of the source strength, solid angle and sample thickness. It was found that the molecular scattering differential cross section decreases with increasing scattering angle and reaches a flat region for angles greater than 110°.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Elsevier</dc:publisher><dc:date>2004</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/16198</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1016/s0168-583x(03)01783-x</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0168-583X</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/16198</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
