Besides, in the current study the mediating role of job autonomy and the moderator role of job-related anxiety in the effect of transformational leadership on job performance were examined. In order to adapt the scale, the first sample (n = 159) consisting of nurses and, in testing the research hypotheses the second sample (n = 237) consisting of employees of a private company operating in the service sector in Turkey was used. In the analysis, it was determined that the original single-factor structure of the job-related anxiety scale was supported. However, it was determined that job autonomy has a mediating effect and job-related anxiety has a moderating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and job performance.</dc:description><dc:publisher>ESKISEHIR OSMANGAZI UNIV, FAC EDUCATION</dc:publisher><dc:date>2021</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/16236</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.17153/oguiibf.973763</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>1306-6730</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>ESKISEHIR OSMANGAZI UNIVERSITESI IIBF DERGISI-ESKISEHIR OSMANGAZI UNIVERSITY JOURNAL OF ECONOMICS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SCIENCES</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/16236</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
