Methodology: The created models and hypotheses were tested on a sample comprising 401 research assistants working at a public university. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical programs. Results: According to the results of the analyses, it was concluded that supervisor support had negative correlation with work-family conflict and work overload perception. In addition, a positive relationship between work overload perception and work-family conflict was observed. Conclusion: Based on the mediation model that was used to test the main hypothesis, it was concluded that work overload perception has a partially mediating effect on the relationship between supervisor support and work-family conflict.</dc:description><dc:publisher>SVEUCILISTE JOSIPA JURJA STROSSMAYERA &amp; OSIJEKU, EKONOMSKI FAK</dc:publisher><dc:date>2021</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/16296</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.51680/ev.34.1.11</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0353-359X</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>EKONOMSKI VJESNIK</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/16296</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
