A significant and negative relationship was found between WL and OI; a significant and negative relationship was found between the independent sub-variable, emotional deprivation, and OI. Also, a significant and positive relationship was found between social friendships and OI. It was found that a 1 unit increase in the emotional deprivation sub-dimension caused an increase of 0.111 units on OI, and a 1 unit increase in the social friendship sub-dimension caused an increase of 0.836 units on one's OI.</dc:description><dc:publisher>PACIFIC INST MANAGEMENT</dc:publisher><dc:date>2023</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/16592</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0974-438X</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>PACIFIC BUSINESS REVIEW INTERNATIONAL</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/16592</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
