It is tried to explain many cognitive processes, diseases or disorders by associating neuron behaviors with phenomena such as synaptic plasticity and neural synchronization. In this study, point neuron models with different membrane potential behaviors are discussed and how synaptic plasticity and synchronization changed in neuron groups formed from these neurons is investigated.</dc:description><dc:publisher>IEEE</dc:publisher><dc:date>2022</dc:date><dc:type>Conference Object</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/16729</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1109/tiptekno56568.2022.9960192</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>978-1-6654-5432-2</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>2022 MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES CONGRESS (TIPTEKNO'22)</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/conferenceObject</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/16729</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
