This case report highlights the intramuscular SCLs clinical presentation, imaging, histomorphologic, and immunohistochemical features. Intramuscular SCL is a very rare condition and, because of its unusual features, it can be misdiagnosed as liposarcoma. The exclusion of malignancy is the primary concern because liposarcomas need more definitive treatment with a wide excision in the surrounding normal tissue. Because of the heterogeneity of the magnetic resonance imaging features of SCL, the definition and cure for this lesion remain challenging.</dc:description><dc:publisher>BAYRAKOL MEDICAL PUBLISHER</dc:publisher><dc:date>2020</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/16944</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.4328/acam.20302</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>ANNALS OF CLINICAL AND ANALYTICAL MEDICINE</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/16944</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
