Myocardial Infarction with Non-Obstructive Coronary Arteries SyndromeDeğirmenci, HüsnüBAKIRCI, EFTAL MURATHamur, HikmetKalp ve Kalp Damar SistemiMINOCA syndrome is a background myocardial infarction with non‐obstructive coronary artery. Epicardial coronary artery disease, epi‐\rcardial spasm, microvascular spasm, microvascular thrombosis, microvascular embolism or spontaneous coronary artery dissection in\rthe etiopathogenesis. Diagnosis is made by the presence of findings consistent with acute myocardial infarction, detection of non‐ob‐\rstructive coronary arteries, and exclusion of specific alternative diagnoses. Treatment is done according to etiological reasons. In this\rsyndrome, the mortality rate is higher at 1‐year follow‐up.
