However, it is clear that, as in all these\rissues, the rights of young people, which are the subject of this study, should be recognized\rby national positive legal systems and for this purpose, constitutional guarantees that will\rprovide the highest level of protection should be adopted in the domestic legal systems of\rthe countries.
