Data was collected using a descriptive questionnaire, the\rnutrition sub-dimension of the Healthy Lifestyle Behaviour Scale and the\rPittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. The height and weight of the individuals\rwere measured.\rResults: It was determined that 63.6% of the individuals had poor\rsleep quality and the average score of the nutrition sub-dimension\rwas determined to be 16.64±4.41. A slightly negative and significant\rrelationship was found between the total score averages of the\rPittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and nutrition sub-dimension (r=-0.196\r[95% confidence interval: (-0.297)-(-0.085)].\rConclusion: In this study, more than half of the individuals had low\rlevels of sleep quality and above-average levels of healthy nutritional\rbehaviour. It is recommended for healthcare professionals to conduct\rtraining programs towards preventing the factors that cause poor sleep\rquality and unhealthy nutritional behaviour in individuals.</dc:description><dc:date>2020</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/18684</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.4274/jtsm.galenos.2020.93064</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>2148-1504</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>Türk Uyku Tıbbı Dergisi</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/18684</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
