Notification Obligation of The Defect According to The Turkish Code of Obligations and CISGözdemir, hayrunnisaHukukIn case of a defective good which is a subject of sales contract; the rule, that provides some legal rights for the buyer on condition that obligation to notify is performed, is stated in both the Turkish Code of Obligations and CISG.
