The study is a descriptive survey research. The participants were 85 elementary school teachers, which is working in 17 different primary schools in the center of Erzincan. The researchers developed a questionnaire for collecting data. Seventeen teacher candidates helped researchers for interviewing the teachers face-to-face. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze data.
