Foreign trade and economic growth in Upper middle income countriesNİŞANCI, MuratKARABIYIK, İlyasUÇAR, Metinİktisatİşletme FinansIn this study, the causality relationship between economic growth and foreign trade in the middle high income level countries, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Iran, Malaysia and Turkey, has been aimed to analyze. It has been assayed with panel data within the framework of the vector auto regression model. After the co integration test, depends on error correction model, long run and short run causality between variables used in the model has been tested. The result of the existence of one way causality from export to the national income has been reached in the analyzed countries except Iran.
