Paired Sample T Test was used to determine intragroup changes while Independent Sample t-test as used todetermine intergroup changes. There was no significant difference between groups during the first measurement (p&gt;0.05). Nosignificant change was found in the variables between two measurements. When groups were compared, there was differencein back strength in favour of Tabata group.</dc:description><dc:date>2020</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/19577</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.15314/tsed.727334</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Türk Spor ve Egzersiz Dergisi</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/19577</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
