THE EFFECT OF ROLE STRESSORS ON THE OCCUPATIONAL BURNOUT OF PROFFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANTS: A RESEARCH IN THE TRA1 ERZURUM SUB-REGIONGÜNER, MEHMETİL, ZelihaİşletmeIntensive working conditions and stress sources in the working environment have brought the concept of burnout as one of the most important occupational diseases of today. Role stressors are also factors that significantly affect burnout. This study aims to investigate the effects of role stressors on occupational burnout. In the study, a questionnaire was applied on professional accountants and data was collected and analyzed. Multiple regression analyzes were conducted to express the effect of role stress sources factors on job burnout factors.
