Research data were collected from 223 employees of a private service company located in Turkey by using survey technique. SPSS Macro program was used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that perceived organizational obstruction mediated the relationship between psychological safety and employee performance. Also moderated mediation analyses showed that this indirect effect was strong when employees' perceptions of job insecurity were low but not job insecurity was high. The findings of the research contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between psychological safety and employee performance in terms of perceived organizational obstruction and job insecurity. In line with these findings, the theoretical and practical implications of the research were discussed and suggestions were made for future studies and sector managers.</dc:description><dc:date>2020</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/19682</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.16951/atauniiibd.620054</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>1300-4646</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>Atatürk Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Dergisi</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/19682</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
