Analysis of Destination Quality Factors: The Case of AntalyaGÜNES, ERKANOtelcilikKonaklamaSpor ve TurizmCoğrafyaThe aim of this research is to determine the level of importance and performance levels of the tourists regarding the destination quality. In this context, 416 Russian and European tourists who visited Antalya and departed from Antalya Airport were surveyed by means of a questionnaire developed in accordance with the objectives of the research. In the analysis of the research, the Importance-Performance Analysis developed by Martilla and James (1977) was used.
