OBLIGATION OF EMPLOYERS' FORMATION OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEESözer, hatice duyguSosyal ÇalışmaHukukOne of the basic obligations of the employer regarding occupational health and safety is the obligation of de establishing an occupational health and safety committee as set out in Article 22 of Law No. 6331. The occupational health and safety committee, which ensures that the employees are included in the decision making and implementation process instead of an occupational health and safety understanding prepared and supervised by the employer, will be created in all workplaces with more than fifty employees without distinction of danger class.
