Moreover patients previously known old left bundle brunch block electrocardiography and typical chest pain should be assesed for ST elevational miyocard infarctus. It is considerably challenging to diagnos ST elevational miy- ocard infarctus in patients presenting with eft bundle brunch block ecg. However scarbossa criterias developed to minimize difficulties and simplify diagnosing ST elevational miyocard infarctus. However scarbossa criterias might be insufficient, particularly not enough sensitive to diagnose ST elevational miyocard infarctus. Hence additional evaluating modified scarbossa criterias may increase both specificity and sensitivity of ST elevational miyocard infarctus diagnosis.
