In this study, the relationship between Cyclin d1 p16 Ki67markers in pathologic prognostic factors of bladder urothelial carcinoma was investigated.Material and Method: Atotal of 149 bladder urothelial carcinomas were selected from the pathology archive. In allcases, histopathological findings were reviewed and graded according to the WHO ISUP system. Immunohistochemicalstaining for Cyclin d1 p16 Ki-67 was performed on selected tissue block for each case. Results: The rate of cyclin dl staining was found to be higher in the first pT stage Ta-Tl, low grade, recurrence and nonprogressivecases. The rate ofpositivity is significantly higher in cases with high grade p16 staining, recurrence and highmortality. The Ki-67 staining rate is significantly lower than the first pT stage Ta-Tl, low grade, high (score 3) incidencein cases without recurrence and progression, first pT stage T2-T4, high grade, recurrence and progression. Conclusion: Cyclin d1 p16 Ki-67 markers in patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma have statistically significantassociation with tumor grade and recurrence. Cyclin d1 p16 Ki-67 association may play role in the progression and differentiation of urothelial carcinomas.</dc:description><dc:date>2017</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/20307</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>ORTADOĞU TIP DERGİSİ</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/20307</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
