Bu değişkenlerin birlikte mesleki tükenmişlikteki varyansın %38,8’ini açıkladığı belirlenmiştir.</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="en">This study examined the relationships among occupational burnout, coping self-efficacy, perceived stress, and perfectionism among professionals working in the field of social services. The study was conducted with a total of 307 professionals, including 203 women and 104 men. A correlational survey design was employed. Data were collected using the Personal Information Form, Maslach Burnout Inventory, Coping Self Efficacy Scale, Perfectionism Scale, and Perceived Stress Scale. In the analysis of the data, an independent-samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were used. According to the findings, occupational burnout was positively and significantly associated with perceived stress and negatively and significantly associated with coping self-efficacy. Occupational burnout was weakly and negatively associated with adaptive perfectionism, whereas it was weakly and positively associated with maladaptive perfectionism. Regression analysis showed that perceived stress and maladaptive perfectionism significantly and positively predicted occupational burnout, whereas coping self-efficacy and adaptive perfectionism significantly and negatively predicted occupational burnout. Together, these variables explained 38.8% of the variance in occupational burnout.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University</dc:publisher><dc:date>2026</dc:date><dc:type>Master Thesis</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/26034</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.71008/ebyu.thesis.2026.285</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/26034</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
