Bu çalışmada kişilik hakkı ve kişiliğin korunması kapsamında mobbing incelenmiştir. Tezin amacı; mobbingin kişilik değerlerine saldırı niteliği ve kişiliğin korunması araçlarının mobbinge karşı işlerliğini değerlendirerek yasal çözüme muhtaç hususlarda öneriler sunmak ve nihayet mobbingin uygulayıcı nezdinde biraz daha tanınmasına katkı sağlamaktır. In this study, mobbing is examined within the scope of the protection of personal rights and personality. The purpose of the thesis is to present suggestions on the issues requiring legal solutions by assessing the feature of mobbing as attacking personal values and reviewing the functionality of the tools for the protection of personality against mobbing and conclusively making contribution to recognition of mobbing morein the eyes of practitioners.
