Limited şirketlerde ortaklığın yitirilmesi halleri, ortaklık sıfatının sona ermesinin sonuçları, ayrılan ortağa ödenecek ayrılma akçesi düzenlemeleri üzerinde durulacaktır. Ortaklık sıfatının yitirilmesi, buna bağlanan sonuçlar ve ayrılma akçesi kurumları ile ilgili mümkün olduğunca doktrindeki mevcut görüş ve tartışmalara değinilecek, yargı kararlarına yer verilmeye çalışılacaktır.According to the Turkish Commercial Code 6102, limited companies are one of the capital companies. However, limited companies can be accepted as a type of company that also include specific features, which are unique forpartnership companies. In our work, the conditions of death, transfer of share, expulsion and exclusion, which are the situations of losing the title of partnership in limited companies, will be examined in detail. The cases on losing the title of partnership in limited companies, the consequences of the termination of the partnership, and the compensation payment arrangements for the reserved partner will be discussed.
