Araştırma 2022–2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında Erzincan il merkezinde görev yapan okul öncesi, ilkokul, ortaokul, lise ve özel eğitim öğretmenlerini kapsamaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunda 547 öğretmen yer almıştır. Araştırmada liderlik stilleri ölçeği, örgütsel mutluluk ölçeği ve motivasyon ölçeği kullanılarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli tercih edilmiştir. Öğretmen algılarına göre okul yöneticilerinin genellikle dönüşümcü liderlik davranışı sergilediği ve öğretmenlerin örgütsel mutluluk ve motivasyon algılarının yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Örgütsel mutluluk üzerinde dönüşümcü liderlik ve serbest bırakıcı liderlik stilinin anlamlı bir yordayıcı olduğu görülmektedir. Motivasyon alt boyutları üzerinde sadece dönüşümcü liderlik stilinin anlamlı bir yordayıcı olduğu, sürdürümcü liderlik stili ile serbest bırakıcı liderlik stillerinin anlamlı bir yordayıcı olmadıkları görülmektedir. Standardize edilmiş regresyon katsayısına (β) göre, yordayıcı değişkenlerin motivasyon üzerindeki göreli önem sırası; dönüşümcü liderlik stili, serbest bırakıcı liderlik stili, sürdürümcü liderlik stili şeklindedir. Korelasyon analizi sonuçlarına göre dönüşümcü liderlik stili ile motivasyon alt boyutları olan içsel faktörler ve dışsal faktörler ile pozitif yönde orta düzeyde , yönetsel süreçler ile pozitif yönde yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmektedir. Dönüşümcü liderlik stili ile örgütsel mutluluk arasında pozitif yönde yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmektedir.The aim of this study is to determine the direction and level of the possible relationship between the leadership styles of school administrators perceived by teachers and the organizational happiness and motivation levels of teachers. The study comprises the teachers working at pre-school, primary, secondary, high school and special education in the city center of Erzincan in 2013-2014 school year. 547 teachers have been included in the study group of the research. The data has been obtained by means of the scale of the leadership styles, organizational happiness scale and motivation scale. In this study, relational scanning model has been preferred. According to teacher perceptions, it was seen that school administrators generally exhibit transformational leadership behavior and teachers' organizational happiness and motivation perceptions are high. It is seen that transformational leadership and liberating leadership style are significant predictors of organizational happiness. It is seen that only the transformational leadership style is a significant predictor on the motivation sub-dimensions, while the follow-up leadership style and the liberating leadership style are not a significant predictor. According to the standardized regression coefficient (β), the relative importance of the predictor variables on motivation; transformational leadership style, liberating leadership style, and continuity leadership style. According to the results of the correlation analysis, it is seen that there is a positive moderate relationship with the transformational leadership style and the motivation sub-dimensions, internal factors and external factors, and a high level positive relationship with managerial processes.
