Göl suyunun bazı fiziko-kimyasal parametreleri ölçülmüştür. Ağır metal analizlerinde ICP-MS cihazı kullanılmıştır. Suda yapılan ağır metal birikimlerinin sıralaması Cu&gt;As&gt;Cr&gt;Al&gt;Mn&gt;Co&gt;Hg şeklinde; balık türlerinin kas dokusunda belirlenen ağır metal birikimlerinin sıralaması ise; Zn&gt;Al&gt;Cu&gt;Hg&gt;Mn&gt;Cr&gt;Pb&gt;As&gt;Cd&gt;Co şeklinde belirlenmiştir. Dolayısıyla söz konusu türlerin tüketiminin halk sağlığı açısından herhangi bir risk oluşturmadığı saptanmıştır.</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="en">In this study, with the physico-chemical parameters of the Gölova Dam Lake water of the province of Sivas province, the water and some species of fish (Capoeta tinca, Alburnus alburnus, Squalius cephalus and Perca fluviatilis) accumulations of heavy metals in muscle tissue were detected. Some physico-chemical properties of lake water parameters were measured. ICP-MS device was used in heavy metal analyses. The order of heavy metal accumulation in water is Cu&gt;As&gt;Cr&gt;Al&gt;Mn&gt;Co&gt;Hg; The order of heavy metal accumulation determined in the muscle tissue of fish species is; Zn&gt;Al&gt;Cu&gt;Hg&gt;Mn&gt;Cr&gt;Pb&gt;As&gt;Cd&gt;Co. The relationships between all metals in the muscle tissue of fish and fish weight were found to be significant (p&lt;0.05 and p&lt;0.01). When the metal levels detected in fish tissues were compared with the values given by the World Health Organization, the European Union and the Turkish Standards Institute for fish tissues, it was determined that there is no harm in consuming fish as food. In addition, when compared to the THQ and HI values calculated in the edible muscle tissues of fish and recommended for human consumption (except Hg), it was observed that these values were far below. Therefore, it has been determined that the consumption of the species in question does not pose any risk to public health.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University</dc:publisher><dc:date>2024</dc:date><dc:type>Master Thesis</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/ebyu/27245</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://ebyu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/ebyu/27245</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
