Araştırma örneklemini Tunceli ilindeki 256 sınıf öğretmeninden tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak seçilen 138 öğretmen (34 erkek, 104 kadın) oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Zeyneloğlu (2008) tarafından geliştirilmiş "Toplumsal Cinsiyet Rolleri Tutum Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Veriler Google Formlar üzerinden veri toplama formu aracı ile toplanmıştır. Kullanılan ölçeğin toplam Cronbach's α iç güvenlik katsayısının 0.92 olduğu bulunmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular ölçeğin; Tunceli'deki sınıf öğretmenlerinin toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine ilişkin tutumlarını belirlemede istenen düzeyde geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermektedir. Verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS Statistic 24 nicel veri analizi programı kullanılmıştır. Ölçek maddeleri yorumlanırken, maddelere verilen cevapların frekanslarına (f) bakılmış, aritmetik ortalamalarını saptamak için Independent Sample t Test, One-Way ANOVA ve Kruskal-Wallis testleri uygulanmıştır. Tunceli'de görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin verdikleri yanıtlar incelendiğinde; incelenen değişkenlerden doğum yeri, hizmet süresi ve cinsiyet değişkeninin cinsiyet tutumları üzerinde etkili olduğu ve öğretmenlerin eşitlikçi bir tutuma sahip oldukları gözlenmiştir.This study was conducted to determine the attitudes of primary school teachers working in the province of Tunceli toward gender roles. The research sample consisted of 138 teachers (34 male, 104 female) selected from a population of 256 primary school teachers in Tunceli using a stratified sampling method. The "Gender Roles Attitude Scale," developed by Zeyneloğlu (2008), was used as the data collection instrument. Data were collected via Google Forms using an online data collection form. The total Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient of the scale was found to be 0.92. The findings indicate that the scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool at the desired level for determining the attitudes of primary school teachers in Tunceli toward gender roles. IBM SPSS Statistics 24 was used for quantitative data analysis. In interpreting the scale items, the frequencies (f) of responses were examined, and Independent Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Kruskal–Wallis tests were applied to determine arithmetic means.
