THE SUSPENSION OF THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AND ITS LEGAL EFFECTS

Özet
The aim of this study is to handle the concept of the suspension of the employment contract, its requirements and its legal effects in the light of doctrines views and judicial decisions. The suspension of the employment contract means that the employee stops working and the employer delays her/his payments temporarily. Once the period of suspension is over then the employment relation will carry on. In the first and second part, the concept of the suspension of the employment contract, its requirements and principal situations are studied. In the third part, its legal effects are discussed.
