Özet

The fact that perpetrators who are more than one person come together inde- pendently and unaware of each other to commit the same crime as a rule, refers to Multiple independent principals. Multiple independent principals are closely related to another type of agency, which are joint principals. However, unlike joint principals, there is no decision to act among the perpetrators of the crime in multiple independent principals. For this reason, multiple independent principals occur in both negligent crimes and intentional crimes, while joint principals only occur in intentional crimes. In this study, the subject of multiple independent prin- cipals in terms of Turkish and German law has been examined, the views in the doctrine on the subject have been tried to be covered extensively, and the subject has been tried to be enriched with examples in comparative law at the point of expression of the subject.
