Özet

The purpose of this research, it is determined that employees' job satisfactionlevelsusingfuzzyanalytichierarchyprocess (FAHP). There search population is 105 schools and 1230 teachers working in schoolsforMinistry of National Education in Erzincan. Thesample of thestudy is 31 schools and 330 teachers in theseschoolsselectedrandomly.Whenthesampleisdetermined, it is madeforstratifiedsamplingbythetype highschool).Spector's(1985) jobsatisfactionsurveywasappliedinordertocreatethe data set. Thedataobtainedwereanalyzedusing SPSS 21.0 software andit is examinedthatthelevels of jobsatisfaction of teachersbyschooltype.
