Müteselsil kefaletin hüküm ve sonuçları başlığı altında; müteselsil kefaletin taliliği başta olmak üzere, fer'ilik ve şekil konusu gibi meseleler değerlendirilmiştir. Özellikle müteselsil kefilin sorumluluğuna hangi hallerde gidilebileceğine ve buna karşın müteselsil kefilin alacaklıya karşı hangi savunma imkanlarına sahip olduğuna ilişkin görüş ve açıklamalara, Yargıtay Kararları eşliğinde çalışmamızda yer verilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, müteselsil birlikte kefaletin görünümleri ile müteselsil birlikte kefaletin hükümleri de göz ardı edilmemiştir
