The 2025 World Downhill Skateboarding Championship was held at Ergan Mountain Ski Center (Erzincan, Türkiye) and is considered one of the most challenging courses in this field. Hosting an international event in a niche area such as downhill skateboarding creates an important arena for experience. While efforts to improve the tourist infrastructure at the Ergan Mountain Ski Resort continue, visitor experiences are also a matter of interest. This study aims to determine the service quality perceptions of visitors attending the championship, examine the effects of these perceptions on customer satisfaction and intention to recommend, and assess the impact of a memorable tourism experience on customer satisfaction and intention to recommend. Quantitative research methods were employed in the research. Within the scope of the research, data were obtained from a sample of 234 people using a questionnaire administered in face-to-face interviews with visitors attending the championship. The results indicate that visitors' perceptions of service quality at international adventure events positively affect both customer satisfaction and intention to recommend. Additionally, a memorable tourism experience has a positive impact on customer satisfaction and intention to recommend. Furthermore, it has been concluded that satisfaction is a crucial mediating variable in the transformation of a memorable tourism experience into an intention to recommend. These results present the relationships between factors that will be focused on in the international adventure tourism literature, local governance and event management practice.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, algılanan örgütsel destek ile işe adanmışlık arasındaki ilişkide işte kendini yetiştirmenin aracı rolünün tespit edilmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, Erzincan il merkezinde faaliyet gösteren otel işletmelerinde çalışan personellerden oluşmaktadır. Veriler kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile 155 kişiden anket formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın veri analizinde SPSS 21 ve AMOS 23 programlarından yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda, algılanan örgütsel desteğin işe adanmışlık ve işte kendini yetiştirme üzerinde; işte kendini yetiştirmenin işe adanmışlık üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca algılanan örgütsel desteğin işe adanmışlık üzerindeki etkisinde işte kendini yetiştirmenin aracılık rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda yöneticilere, özel sektör temsilcilerine ve araştırmacılara çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.

This study aims to investigate the impact of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) on predicting purchase intention for Muslim-friendly hotels (MFH). Additionally, this study examined the impact of religiosity (RG) on TPB. Data were collected using a survey technique from 272 individuals who preferred or intended to prefer MFHs selected through a convenience sampling method. The RG has a significant and positive impact on TPB dimensions. The study indicates that MFHs should be able to navigate the socio-environmental factors that influence Muslim travelers in Türkiye. Moreover, because of the significant impact of RG on TPB, it is significant for hotels to provide services while also considering the religious sensitivity of Muslim travelers. This study is valuable because it examines Muslim travelers' purchase intentions towards MFHs within the TPB framework. Furthermore, this study fills a gap in the literature by examining the effects of RG on TPB in a specific population.

With the increasing interest in gastronomic tourism, local dishes have started to be demanded more and more by tourists. In line with the changing demands of tourists, the promotion of local products and the increase in production areas have become inevitable. Today, in many cities, by offering the culinary cultures of their own regions to the needs of the tourists, it provides both the recognition of their destinations and the marketing of their products. In this study, the regional cuisine of the Erzincan province destination, the local dishes that can be used in the vegetarian cuisine culture were examined and it was aimed to contribute to the marketing, recognition and development of tourism by highlighting the vegetarian dishes in the Erzincan cuisine. In the study, among the qualitative research approaches, written and document analysis methods were selected, and text-based documents were examined. In addition, informa- tion about recipes and preparations is given along with photographs. It has been observed that many of the local dishes of Erzincan are suitable for vegetarian nutrition. However, it can be said that there are very few restaurants serving local food in the province of Erzincan, there is no production for tourists, and almost no interest in vegetarian cuisine is among the shortcomings of the city.
