Nowadays, inflation is one of the most important source of economic stability. The studies on determinants of inflation mainly focus on variables such as economic growth, exchange rate, budget balance, monetary expansion and income inequality. Recently, the literature that emphasizes the impact of population structure which is one of the socio-economic factors on inflation has came into prominence. Especially in developed countries, the deflationary process has started to associate with increase in the share of elderly population. Analyzing this assumed interaction in the context of developing countries also leads to develop the new aspects. In this study, impact of population structure on inflation was investigated for Turkey that has strived with the inflation for a long time, by using the data for the period 1980 and 2017. According to the findings, while the dependent young population affects inflation positively, dependent elderly population affects negatively. Bootstrap Rolling Window causality test results show that there is a two-way relationship between inflation and dependent elderly population, inflation and economic growth, inflation and money supply, and a oneway relationship from dependent young population to inflation.

In the Commercial Transactions Law (TRK), some of the assets are included in the pledge, while some of the assets are not included in the pledge. This is, of course, a conscious choice. In our work, after considering the assets pledged as a pledge, why some assets may have been excluded from the scope of the contract, especially the provisions of the Law on the Establishment of the Pledge on Commercial Transactions and the Use of the Rights after the Postpone (Implementing Regulation) were examined on the basis of various regulations and applications. Former Commercial Enterprise Pledge Law (TIRK) also considered pledged assets as limited. However, he did not make a statement about pledged assets that would not be included in the scope of this pledge. In the former law, it is tried to explain what these beings might be by discussing in the doctrine. Our work also consists of comparing the TRK with the former TIRK and examining the assets subject to special limitation within the framework of the Implementing Regulation.

16 Ekim 2010 tarihinde ICC tarafından INCOTERMS'in yeni ve güncel adisyonu kabul edildi. Yürürlük tarihi olarak da 1 Ocak 2011 tarihi belirlenen bu kurallar dünya üzerine yaygın bir kullanım edanı bulmaktadırlar. 2010 metninde dört kural çıkarılıp iki kural eklenerek kural un'isı onbire indirilmiştir, Güncel ticari uygulamaları yansıtması dolayısıyla INCOTERMS genel kabul görmüş bir yapıya sahiptir. Yeni edisyonuu uygulama alanı da genişletilerek uluslararası ve ulusal uygulama kabiliyetine kavuşturulmuştur. Ticari uygulaması genişleyen zincirleme satımlarla ilgili olarak "yüklenmiş malların" satımına ek olarak "yüklenmiş malı temin etme"yükümlülüğü de yeni metne eklenmiştir.

Çok taraflı andlaşmalar, hem uluslararası hukukun bir kaynağını, hem ele devletlerarası ilişkilerin teme/ini teşkil etmektedir. Devletlerin, aralarındaki hak ve yükümlülükler üzerinde anlaşması, uluslararası alanda uyuşmazlıkların çıkması ihtimalini de en aza indirmektedir. Devletlere, and/aşmalara taraf olmalarını kolaylaştırmak amacıyla tanınan imkanlardan biri de andlaşmahıra getirebilecekleri çekincelerdir. 1969 tarihti Viyana Andlaşmalar Hukuku Sözleşmesi, andlaşmahıra getirilen çekinceler meselesini düzenlemekle birlikte, uluslararası andlaşmaların sayısının hızla arttığı günümüzde, uygulamada ortaya çıkan bir takım sorunlara cevap verememektedir. Birleşmiş Milletler Uluslararası Hukuk Komisyonu, konuyu kod if i-ye etmek üzere ele almış ve çekincelere ilişkin hukuki rejimi, daha ayrıntılı değerlendirerek büyiik ölçüde açıklığa kavuşturmuştur. Uluslararası Hukuk Komisyonu 'nun çalışmaları, çekince meselesinin özellikle önem arz ettiği andlaşma hükümleri söz konusu olduğunda, andlaşmaların bütünlüğünün korunması ve devletlerin böyle andlaşma lanı taraf olmalarının teşvik edilmesi bakımından önemlidir.
