Bu çalışmanın amacı, üniversitelerde verilen denetimeğitiminde etkinliğin artırılmasına ve denetimgrubu derslerinin güncellenmesine ilişkin iç denetçilerinbeklentilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Bu kapsamdaKamu İç Denetçileri Derneği’ne üye olan iç denetçilereanket uygulanmıştır. Uygulamaya ilişkin verilerSPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarakdenetim eğitiminde etkinliğin artırılabilmesi için içdenetim, iç kontrol ve kurumsal risk yönetimi gibialanlarda lisansüstü eğitim çalışmalarının teşvikedilmesi, bu alanlardaki e-dönüşüm uygulamalarınıngerek akademik çalışmalarda gerekse derskitaplarında yer alması, iç denetimin başlı başınabir akademik bilim dalı statüsünde olması, denetimgrubu dersleri ve içerikleri belirlenirken TİDE veİDKK gibi meslek kuruluşlarının görüşlerine değerverilmesi ve bu alanda çalıştay, söyleşi ve kariyergünleri gibi faaliyetlerin düzenlenmesi gerektiğitespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca denetim grubu derslerinindenetim alanında yaşanan gelişmeler doğrultusundagüncellenmesi ve lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora seviyelerine uygun ihtiyaca binaen yeni derslerineklenmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

In this study, it is aimed to analysis the relationship between servant leadership and organizational identification and the role of the intermediary in this related psychological safety. The study sample consists of 119 public employees. Emphasis has been placed on the concept of organizational identification and psychological safety in order to strengthen the perception of belonging of public employees and increase their participation in their organizations by their ideas and actions. In addition, the servant leadership approach has been examined as an appropriate leadership model for supporting employees’ organizational identification and psychological safety perceptions. The results of the research show that servant leader behaviors increase organizational identification and psychological safety perception. Correlational evidence suggests that there is a strong, organizational identification between the servant leadership and psychological safety and a moderate relationship. Findings from regression analysis show that the relationship between servant leadership and organizational identification is the full intermediary role of psychological safety. “Good administration” can flourish in a suitable climate. Given the relationships between research variables, it can be said that the servant leadership approach contributes to the formation of such a climate.

11 September 2001 terror attacks have been a dramatic turning point in the western world, which escalated the rise of deep rooted problems such as racism, xenophobia and Islamophobia. Hostile rhetoric and attitudes in post-9/11 era provided a suitable environment for the sprouting seeds of hatred in European societies. This process is not only an important factor in feeding antiIslam sentiments in Europe, but also a threat for the inner peace and future of Europe. This article analyses the examples of this process in three different European countries. Germany and France are chosen in this article as the biggest and most important members of the European Union. Switzerland was picked as a special case in central Europe as one of the most developed countries in the world. It is used as an example to show the far-reaching influences of this trend in every corner of the continent, even in those places that are supposed to be the shining examples
