Felsefi akımların Atatürk Dönemi Türk eğitim sistemi üzerine yansımaları

Bu araştırmanın amacı; Atatürk döneminde etkili olan felsefi akımlara bağlı olarak Türk eğitim politikalarının nasıl bir süreçten geçtiğini tespit etmektir. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma modellerinden tarihsel araştırma türü kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacına uygun verilerin toplanması için doküman incelemesi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sürecinde literatür taranmış problem ve alt problemlere ışık tutacak birincil ve ikincil kaynaklardan ilgili veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sü-recinde elde edilen verilerin yorumlanmasında betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler analiz edilirken konuyla ilgili dergi, kitap, makale, TBMM Açık Arşivi ve Başbakanlık Cumhuriyet Arşivi (BCA) taranarak elde edilen veriler tematik olarak sıralanmış ve araştırma problemini aydınlatacak alıntılardan yorumlar yapılarak sonuç ve tartışma bölümüne eklenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Atatürk Dönemi Türk eğitim sistemi üzerinde spiritüalist eğitim felsefesinin etkisini yitirdiği; pozitivizm, pragmatizm ve rasyonalizm gibi felsefi akımların eğitim alanında yapılan inkılaplar vasıtasıyla kuramsal ve uygulamalı bir biçimde Türk eğitim sistemini biçimlendirdiği tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this course is to determine the process of Turkish educational poli-cies depending on the philosophical movements which were effective during Atatürk period. In this study, "historical research type", which is one of the qualitative research models, is used. During the research process, literature reviewed and related data were obtained from primary and secondary sources to shed light on the sub-problems. Descriptive analysis method was used in the interpretation of the data obtained du-ring the research process. While analyzing the data, journals, books, articles, "Grand National Assembly of Turkey Open Archive" and "Prime Ministry Republican Archi-ves" were scanned and the data obtained were listed thematically, besides that com-ments based on quotations that can illuminate the research problem were made and added to the conclusion and discussion section. As a result of this research, it is identified that the spiritualist philosophy of education had lost its effect on the Turkish education system of Atatürk Period and that philosophical movements such as positivism, pragmatism and rationalism shaped the Turkish education system in a theoretical and practical way through the revoluti-ons made in the field of education.
