İslam'ın mahremiyet algısı ışığında mahremiyet eğitiminin çocuk cinsel istismarını önlemedeki rolü

Çocuk cinsel istismarı tüm dünya çocuklarının, tüm gelişim evreleri açısından ciddi tehlikeleri olan bir durumu ifade etmektedir. Arz ettiği önemden yola çıkarak bu tehlikenin büyüklüğü ve alınması gereken tedbirler noktasında farklı fikirler ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı birbirini güçlü bir şekilde destekleyen İslam'ın mahremiyet algısı ile seküler anlamda mahremiyet eğitiminin uygulanmasının alınacak tedbirler arasında önemli bir rolü olduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmada İslam'ın mahremiyet algısı bağlamında söz konusu eğitimin çocuk cinsel istismarını önlemeye yönelik etkili yöntemlerden biri olduğuna vurgu yapılırken İslam dininin, din eğitiminin ve modern bilimin kaynaklarından faydalanılmıştır. Tüm bilgiler bir arada değerlendirildiğinde İslam'ın doğru yorumlanması şartıyla mahremiyete dair sunmuş olduğu çözüm önerilerinin, çocuk cinsel istismarını önlemek amacıyla verilmesi gereken mahremiyet eğitimini destekleyen çok değerli bilgileri içerdiği görülmektedir. Child sexual abuse refers to a situation in which all children of the world have serious dangers for all stages of development. Based on the importance it offers, different ideas have been put forward in terms of the magnitude of this danger and the precautions to be taken. The aim of this study is to show that the perception of privacy of Islam which strongly supports each other and the implementation of secular privacy education have an important role between the measures to be taken. In this study, while emphasizing that education is one of the effective methods to prevent child sexual abuse in the context of Islam's perception of privacy, the sources of both modern science and Islamic religion were utilized. When all the information is evaluated together, it can be seen that providing solutions to privacy on the condition that Islam is interpreted correctly, contain valuable information supporting the privacy education that should be given in order to prevent child sexual abuse.
