Vücudumuzdaki sistemler ünitesinin artırılmış gerçeklik ile işlenmesinin akademik başarıya etkisinin incelenmesi

Soyut kavramların somutlaştırılmasında görselliğin önemi her geçen gün farklı çalışmalarla vurgulanmaktadır. Bazen iki boyutlu görseller, bazen üç boyutlu materyaller kullanılmış olsa da yakın zamanlarda sanal gerçeklik, artırılmış gerçeklik vb. gibi dijital uygulamaların gündeme geldiği görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; 6. Sınıf müfredatında yer alan vücudumuzdaki sistemler ünitesinin artırılmış gerçeklik uygulamaları sayesinde nasıl bir başarı değişimi gösterdiğini incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, 6. sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşan 49 kişilik örneklem grubu üzerinde yapılan çalışmada, deney grubu 21, kontrol grubu 28 olmak üzere toplam 49 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma 3 hafta kontrol grubu, 3 haftada deney grubu ile olmak üzere 6 hafta sürmüştür. Her hafta 6 saat olmak üzere toplam 36 ders saati uygulama yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel veri toplama araçlarından vücudumuzdaki sistemler başarı testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara bakıldığında öğrencilerin 6. sınıf fen bilimleri dersi vücudumuzdaki sistemler ünitesini artırılmış gerçeklik uygulamaları kullanılarak işledikten sonra öğrenci başarılarına olumlu yönde katkı sağladığı görülmüştür.

The importance of visuality in concretizing abstract concepts is emphasized with different studies every day. Although sometimes two-dimensional visuals and sometimes three-dimensional materials have been used, virtual reality, augmented reality, etc. have been used recently. digital applications such as The aim of this study; It is to examine how the systems in our body unit, which is included in the 6th grade curriculum, shows a success change thanks to augmented reality applications. For this purpose, the study, which was carried out on a sample group of 49 6th grade students, was carried out with a total of 49 students, 21 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group. The study lasted for 6 weeks, 3 weeks with the control group and 3 weeks with the experimental group. A total of 36 lesson hours, 6 hours per week, were practiced. In the research, the systems in our body achievement test, which is one of the quantitative data collection tools, was used. Considering the findings obtained as a result of the study, it was seen that the students contributed positively to the success of the students after they studied the systems in our body unit in the 6th grade science lesson using augmented reality applications.
