Günümüz aile problemlerine Kur'ân merkezli çözümler

Toplumun temel yapı taşı olan aile kurumu, tarih boyunca çeşitli sosyal, kültürel ve dini dönüşümler yaşamıştır. İslam öncesi Arap toplumunda, Câhiliye Dönemi'nde aile yapısı; erkek egemenliğine dayalı, kadın ve çocuk haklarının yok sayıldığı, evlilik, boşanma ve miras gibi konularda adaletsiz uygulamaların yaygın olduğu bir düzene sahipti. Tarih boyunca olduğu gibi günümüzde de aile kurumu, bireysel ve toplumsal değişimlerden derin biçimde etkilenmektedir. Modern dönemde özgürlük anlayışının sorumluluk bilincinden kopması, dijitalleşmenin mahremiyet sınırlarını aşındırması, kadın-erkek rollerinin belirsizleşmesi ve bireycilik eğiliminin güçlenmesi gibi unsurlar, aile yapısında ciddi kırılmalara yol açmaktadır. Kur'an'ın indiği dönemde de aile kurumunda adaletsizlik, hak ihlalleri, sevgisizlik ve sorumsuzluk gibi benzer sorunların yaşandığı görülmektedir. Kur'an, bu sorunlara adalet, merhamet, karşılıklı hak ve sorumluluk ilkeleriyle çözüm getirmiştir. Bu tez, günümüz aile problemlerini Kur'an'ın sunduğu ilkeler ışığında incelemeyi ve ahlaki süreklilik içinde yeni çözüm önerileri geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış; klasik ve modern tefsir kaynakları, hadis külliyatı, sosyolojik ve psikolojik literatür birlikte değerlendirilmiştir.

The family institution, which is the cornerstone of society, has undergone various social, cultural and religious transformations throughout history. In pre-Islamic Arab society, during the Jahiliyyah period, the family structure was based on male dominance, where the rights of women and children were disregarded and unfair practices were widespread in matters such as marriage, divorce and inheritance. As it has throughout history, the institution of the family today is deeply affected by individual and social changes. In the modern era, factors such as the separation of the concept of freedom from a sense of responsibility, the erosion of privacy boundaries by digitalisation, the blurring of gender roles, and the strengthening of individualistic tendencies are causing serious fractures in the family structure. Similar problems such as injustice, rights violations, lack of love, and irresponsibility were also observed in the family institution during the period when the Qur'an was revealed. The Qur'an provided solutions to these problems through the principles of justice, mercy, mutual rights, and responsibilities. This thesis aims to examine contemporary family problems in light of the principles offered by the Qur'an and to develop new solutions within a framework of moral continuity. The study employs qualitative research methods; classical and modern exegetical sources, hadith collections, and sociological and psychological literature have been evaluated together.
