Öğretmenlerin Türkiye yüzyılı maarif modeli'nde yer alan yeni müfredatın uygulanabilirliği hakkındaki görüşleri

Bu çalışma, Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli kapsamında hazırlanan yeni müfredatın uygulanabilirliğine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Eğitim politikalarının başarılı bir şekilde hayata geçirilmesi, yalnızca teorik altyapıya değil, aynı zamanda uygulayıcıların deneyim ve değerlendirmelerine de bağlıdır. Bu bağlamda, öğretmenlerin yeni müfredatla ilgili algıları, uygulamada karşılaştıkları fırsatlar ve zorluklar bu araştırmanın temel odak noktalarını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemi çerçevesinde yürütülmüş olup, veri toplama sürecinde öğretmenlerle yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler, betimsel analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirilerek öğretmenlerin yeni müfredata yönelik tutumları, beklentileri ve karşılaştıkları sorunlar belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, öğretmenlerin büyük ölçüde yeni müfredatın öğrenci merkezli yaklaşımını ve esnek öğrenme ortamlarını desteklediğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bununla birlikte, öğretmenlerin müfredatın uygulanabilirliği konusunda bazı çekinceleri olduğu; özellikle öğretmen eğitimleri, sınıf içi uygulama imkanları ve mevcut eğitim altyapısı gibi konularda iyileştirmeler yapılması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışma, eğitim politikalarını şekillendiren karar vericilere ve uygulayıcılara, yeni müfredatın etkin bir şekilde hayata geçirilmesi noktasında önemli veriler sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin dikkate alınmasının, eğitim sisteminin sürdürülebilir gelişimi açısından kritik bir öneme sahip olduğu vurgulanmaktadır.

This study analyzes the views of teachers regarding the applicability of the comprehensive new curriculum within the scope of the Turkey Century Education Model. The successful implementation of educational policies depends not only on the theoretical infrastructure but also on the experiences and evaluations of the projects. Perceptions, opportunities and challenges regarding this structural new curriculum constitute the basic focus points in this learning. The research was conducted within the framework of the qualitative research method, and interviews were conducted with semi-interviews with data collection process lessons. The obtained data were evaluated with the descriptive analysis method and attitudes, expectations and problems towards the new curriculum were determined. The research largely reveals the student-centered approach and flexible learning environments of the new curriculum. However, it was concluded that teachers have some reservations about the applicability of the curriculum; improvements should be made especially in teacher training, in-class application opportunities and current education infrastructure. This study aims to provide important data to decision-makers and implementers who shape education policies regarding the effective implementation of the new curriculum. It is emphasized that taking teachers' views into consideration is of critical importance for the sustainable development of the education system.
